These website terms are not the client service agreement for a paid project.

Everything on this site, including the free 90 Day Local Business Growth Playbook, is general business guidance for UK trades and home service businesses. It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance or financial advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Get your own professional advice before acting on anything that carries risk for your business.

Downloading the free playbook, booking a call or sending an enquiry costs nothing and commits neither of us to a paid project. No payment is taken through this website and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance.

Every paid project needs a separate written proposal or service agreement between us. That document sets out the scope, the fee, the timing, what happens to ownership of the work, cancellation and what support is included.

If anything in that signed proposal or service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed document takes priority for that project.

Our current service is a one time Local Growth Foundation. As agreed in writing for each project, it can include:

• a conversion focused mobile first website
• local search foundations covering service and location structure, metadata, headings, internal links, relevant schema, sitemap and Search Console
• Google Business Profile creation or improvement
• a practical handover, a discussion of your immediate priorities and an agreed limited correction window

It is a one time project rather than an agency retainer, and it does not include ongoing marketing management after handover. Domain, hosting and other third party costs can be separate.

We do not guarantee rankings, map pack positions, traffic, enquiries, leads, bookings, jobs or revenue. Search and profile visibility is decided by Google and other platforms, not by us. Google also controls verification of a business profile, and it can require you to complete its own steps before a profile goes live or stays live.

• Give us accurate, lawful information about your business, your services and your areas.
• Make sure you own or are licensed to use every photo, logo, review and piece of copy you send us, and that using it does not breach anyone else's rights.
• Respond and provide access, content and approvals within a reasonable time so the project can move.
• Keep your own accounts, domains and logins secure.

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or disrupt the site or its forms, upload anything harmful, scrape it at a scale that affects service, submit false booking or enquiry details, or use the site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content. We may withdraw access where the site is misused.

The content, design, text, graphics and code on this site belong to BlueBoltWorks or our licensors and are protected by copyright.

When you claim the free playbook we give you a personal, internal business licence to read it and apply it inside your own business. You may not resell it, republish it, share it as your own product, remove our branding or present yourself as its author.

This site can link to third party services such as Google, and a project can rely on platforms and providers you hold accounts with. We do not control those services, their terms or their decisions, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We can change, suspend or withdraw the site, the free playbook or any part of our offer, and we can update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, and because this website is provided for business users, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the free playbook. Liability for a paid project is dealt with in the signed proposal or service agreement for that project.

These terms and any dispute connected with them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. This reflects the fact that the site and our service are aimed at business users.
