Who we are

BlueboltWorks (“we”, “us”) is a UK-based service that helps local service businesses improve their websites, Google presence and enquiry handling. If you have any questions about this policy, email hello@blueboltworks.co.uk.

What information we collect

When you request the Free Personalised Enquiry Leak Demo we collect:

• Your name and business name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your website URL (if any) and the details you share about your enquiry

This site is currently hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides basic aggregated analytics about page traffic. We do not currently load Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or other advertising measurement scripts. If we add any in future they will only load with your consent.

Basic server logs may record your IP address and browser for security and diagnostics.

How the form is delivered

The demo request form is submitted to a third-party form processor (currently intended to be Formspree) which forwards the answers to hello@blueboltworks.co.uk. If that processor is temporarily not connected, the form falls back to opening your own email app pre-filled with your answers, so nothing is submitted without you choosing to send it.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare the free audit you have requested. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We rely on legitimate interest and, where relevant, your consent when you submit the form.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and provide services, then removed on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@blueboltworks.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
